In this respect, partnerships are unique opportunities for initiating intelligent, pragmatic, and creative dialogue between professionals and students, so that they can develop together, enriching each other's points of view, and renewing forms of creation.
The school maintains very close relationships with many cultural institutions, cooperating on exhibitions or on projects specific to their identity or their space.
The students are therefore regularly invited to contribute their vision—via their creations or artistic installations—of a theme or a location. Some examples are shown below.
Domaine de La Roche Guyon
In the context of "joint workshops," 4th-year students from the Product Design and Textile & Texture Design departments worked on creative solutions using principles of ecological design to encourage visitors to rediscover the vegetable garden of the Château de la Roche-Guyon. The goal of this partnership was to highlight the landscaping of the vegetable garden, by developing a concept object or space inspired by—even implemented with—resources available at the Roche-Guyon location or nearby. The results of this partnership were presented at an exhibition at the Château de la Roche-Guyon.
Book Machine Festival at the Centre Pompidou
The École des Arts Déco participated in the "Book Machine" Festival, held from February 20 to March 11, 2013 at the Centre Pompidou, during the fourth Nouveau Festival.
With students from the École Estienne and the École Cantonale d’art de Lausanne, the School's students helped visitors to the festival design the book of their choice on-site.

Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle
For the exhibition Au fil des Araignées, held from October 5, 2011 to July 2, 2012, the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs participated in a unique artistic installation. In the whale hall, at the end of the exhibition, students engaged visitors in the weaving of a monumental spider's web. The installation was the conclusion of a diversified and interactive scientific and artistic exhibition that stimulated visitors' curiosity and interest about this often disparaged insect.
Each partnership is unique. Please feel free to contact us so that we can work with you to develop a project that matches your objectives.
The school thanks its 2012-2013 partners:
