Applying to an Exchange Program

1. the partner school selects students via the web link it is sent every year.
    
2. once selected, students immediately receive by email the link and password they need to apply.
    
3. students log in (they may switch to the English version of the website before logging in), fill out the online form and upload:
   -    a portfolio (PDF, 10 MB max)
   -    a cover letter, preferably written in French (PDF, 3 MB max)
   -    CV (PDF, 3 MB max)
   Students then receive a confirmation email. If they do not: the application has not been submitted because the documents exceed the maximum file size.
    
4. our teachers consider all the applications and select the best ones.
   Please note that given the high number of applications, not all applicants will be selected.
   Admissions are determined by the department’s referent teacher after reviewing the applications.
    
5.  Applicants get the answer about a month after the application deadline.

N.B.: It is important to note that we are not able to welcome as many exchange students in the Spring as we do in the Fall Semester. This is due to our own educational model (where our students mostly do their exchange semester in the Fall, opening up some spaces in our classes), but also in the coming years to some construction work in our building that limits our physical space.
Spring applications are therefore more competitive, and we will have to be even more selective when reviewing the applications.

• April 6 for the fall semester and the academic year.
• October 1st for the spring semester.

• Fall semester: from September 16, 2024 to January 31, 2025
• Spring semester: from February 3 to May 28, 2025
